By now you’ve all undoubtedly heard the story about Sa’fyre Terry, her wish for Christmas cards, and the outpouring of support for her from all over the world.
Nearly 3 weeks after her request went viral, Sa’fyre has received over 660,000 cards and 16,000 packages! They say that they have barely made a dent into opening the packages and cards, but of the ones they did open, some contained gift cards. So Sa’fyre and her family went out and purchased gifts for a local shelter in Schenectady, NY that houses 19 women and 14 children.
