These reviews are based solely on my opinion and love for Horror Cinema! I believe that all Horror movies should be given a fair chance and at the end of it all I simply like what I like. Also I will rate all movies I review on a 1 to 10 scale. So let’s get started… For my first new #MadroxMovieReview I chose to review the 2015 Supernatural Horror offering “We Are Still Here”
Review:
Writer / Director Ted Geoghegan’s tale of a town that must feed the darkness ever 30 years of fall victim to its wraith. The tone of the movie is very moody and has a late 70s early 80s style to it which I really like. My only drawback on this movie is the ending…. If not for the ending it would be instantly top 5 horror offering of 2015 for me. No spoilers here… you’ll have to view it for yourself. But I’m a viewer who wants and ending or a cliffhanger that leads to sequels and I watched this movie 3 times now and I’m still unsure as to which one this movie ends with.. (?) Needless to say the Ghosts spirits are very creepy and extremely terrific in captivating the audiences attention whenever they appear on screen. I believe it’s a must see horror movie, there’s no question there.
I give it a 7 out of 10
