Judging by the article posted over on KMK’s official site, they had a rough day filming their new music video “Audio War.” According to the article, Los Angeles rapper Radio Rell, KMK’s Daddy X and a member of the freestyle motocross group, Fritz Army were involved in accidents with fire.

On May 18th, A day after rocking a killer set at the Blaze N’ Glory Festival in Southern California, the infamous Kottonmouth Kings had a music video shoot go up in flames. The shoot was for the track “Audio War” off of the upcoming full length, KROWN POWER, under the group’s new label United Family Music (distributed by Caroline/Universal Music group). Things went terribly wrong on multiple stunts throughout the last night of filming.

Los Angeles rapper “Radio Rell” had the entire lower half of his body burst into flames while being an extra for the video on the set after a firebomb meant for a stunt was accidently ignited at his feet.  Rell’s flammable mishap was just the first.

On the next take Daddy X, one of Kottonmouth Kings front men and United Family Music CEO, was hit in the face with the full force of a fire breathers ill aimed blast of flames and instantly fell to the floor, which was partially caught on camera. With only one take left the shoot the director’s and band decided they had to continue and that is when the third and most heart-pounding pyrotechnic stunt turned disastrous.

Freestyle motocross group, Fritz Army (Metal Mulisha) were doing freestyle Moto stunts when one of the riders hit a fire barrel over, lighting the 25 foot high guard tower’s camouflage netting ablaze while Chucky Chuck, United Family Music artist, was stuck atop the barbed wire wrapped tower.
We are still waiting on updates from the injured artists. At this point we are unsure if this will have any effect on the upcoming “Family Reunion Tour” that is set to start on June 4th.
