I know a lot of Juggalos, myself included, are wondering just where the hell our pre-orders are for The Marvelous Missing Link (Lost). Well, I’ve got some good news, and I’ve got some bad news. The good news is that your orders aren’t “Lost”. (See what I did there?) The bad news is that due to a manufacturer fuck-up, those who pre-ordered the exclusive version of the album from HatchetGear have been dealt a slight bone.
I reached out to J-Webb of InsaneClownPosse.com about it, and he told me the following:
I’m so sorry for the delay, homie–we got backed up with orders really bad at the same time we were planning the in-store tour. There was also a big fuck up with the manufacturer that set us back. We are shipping around the clock and most of the orders we have left should be going out before the weekend. Also I didn’t get back to you sooner because since the album was released this week, I haven’t had time to answer customer emails as quickly as I’d like to become I’ve been down in the warehouse helping fill orders. But I promise you we’re getting back on track. From one Juggalo to another…I’m sorry.

In fact, if you reached out to HatchetGear about your order, that’s probably the same response that you received. So fear not! Your orders are on the way, and should be shipped by today if they haven’t been already! I know it sucks to be out a week already and not have it in your hands, but now you’ve at least got an idea where it’s at. Hopefully that calms your nerves a bit!

Mine finally came in the mail today smh I still went to FYE n got one the day it came out. They really really need to hire some Juggalos to work at HG. Get them orders shipped on time.

Well still, this is the last time i ever pre order from HG. The hassle time and time again is frustrating. This is the 3rd or 4th order overall that has been screwed up in the past 2 years. Sorry HG, but when Found releases, im going to Best Buy.

And they’re not dumb dude. It doesn’t matter if a company is independently ran or a major corporation. If you pre-order a product with the guarantee that your purchase will be there either before or on release day, then it should. HG has had a big staff before and they need to go back to that. Strange Music is independently ran and yet they somehow manage to get their shit out on time.

Maybe they are doing it on purpose to get more record sales. How many of you ran out and bought another one at best buy or whatever when yougot tired of waiting on your preordered one to come in? Now it makes it look like more people bought their albums. But hey, whatever makes more money. right?
