A few days ago, we posted a story about a rapper out of San Diego, California named Tiny Doo.  The short of it is that Tiny Doo was charged with conspiracy because of some of the lyrics that he had written.  Brandon Duncan is Tiny’s real name, and Mr. Duncan just received some VERY good news yesterday evening.  A judge dismissed all charges against him because there was no crime associated with the conspiracy charge.

SAN DIEGO – A judge Monday dismissed all charges against a San Diego rapper and another man who were accused under a conspiracy law that allows for the prosecution of gang members if they benefit from or promote crimes committed by fellow members.

After a daylong hearing, Judge Louis Hanoian threw out all charges against rapper Brandon Duncan and co-defendant Aaron Harvey.
