As you may have seen from our video post earlier, Madchild just released a brand new video for his track “Mental” featuring Demrick of the group Serial Killers.  This track is a sneak peek from Madchild’s upcoming album Silver Tongue Devil, so if you want to hear what you’re in for, it’s definitely worth a listen!

On Tour Now Across Canada

Madchild is on the road touring across Canada with the newest member of the Battle Axe family Demrick, and now the two have dropped their video for the C-Lance produced track “Mental” online here:

The track is the first track released from Madchild’s upcoming new album “Silver Tongue Devil”, which is slated for a spring release on Battle Axe Records.

“It’s taken me this long to find a rapper I believe in and want to see succeed as much as myself. I am very picky about the albums I listen to and Demrick’s first album ‘Losing Focus’ has got me listening to it non-stop,” said Madchild. “I can’t say enough great things about how much I believe in him as a solo artist. I have been working sixteen hours a day at home in Los Angeles to make sure my next album, ‘Silver Tongue Devil’ Will be my masterpiece. Excited isn’t a strong enough word for how I feel about releasing these next two albums and the future of Battle Axe.”

They understand my vision as an artist and I’m excited to help build the BAXWAR movement,” added Demrick. “We worked on a bunch of new music before we started this tour and I can’t wait for the world to hear it all. ’Mental’ is a dope track and Jakob Owens killed this video. Madchild has had a monster year in 2014 with his new album “Switched On” debuting at #1 on the Billboard Rap Chart and cracked the Top 10 in Canada. Since the album’s release, Madchild has toured around the world hitting Europe, Australia and a 30-date tour of the United States, before embarking on a Canadian tour with Demrick.

Demrick from Serial Killers is set to release his new solo album “Losing Focus” on February 24^th, 2015 via Battle Ax Records. The album will feature guest appearances by Madchild, Dizzy Wright, Logic, as well as his Serial Killers alumni B-Real and Xzibit.
