It’s that time of the week again, Metro Times Detroit has released their latest “Ask a Juggalo” column. This weeks column question is being answered by Vinnie Monaster.
In this column, Vinnie answers the question, Have Juggalos ever been involved in raising funds for charity? If you would like to send a question in to be answered, you can do so by emailing [email protected].

Q: Have Juggalos ever been involved in raising funds for charity?
A: Oh yeah, by all means. Way back. The clowns have always been really good about giving. ICP has always had different collections and giving a certain amount of soup, a canned item, to food drives. They’ve always had all kinds of different events and concerts and freebies. Free merchandise and mittens. Like what they have going on right now: It’s a beautiful thing. They have a very special day named Juggalo Day, and it’s excellent. And usually it’s got some kind of twist that’s gonna benefit some sort of charity or somebody that needs help. It’s free admittance to the concert and a free show by them. It’s coming up the end of this month, and they ask that you bring at least a can of food. That’s their way of giving back. They’ve done all kinds of things over the years. Feeding the homeless on Thanksgiving, just showing up in a U-Haul truck full of turkeys and whatnot, and giving to different charities and homeless centers. It’s a beautiful thing. And as far as Juggalos, for example: Not too long ago, a couple months back, a Juggalo really fell ill and this particular Juggalo, his only wish was to meet one of the artists on Psychopathic, so of course a couple of the artists possed up and visited this cat and when he passed away, they decided to have a concert and gave 100 percent of the door to his family. And then other Juggalos started raising funds and collecting monies and whatnot, especially via the Internet. So, yeah, Juggalos all over the place are doing the right thing.

I call bullshite on the question askers in this, who in their right fuck would ask this question, further to the point who cares? The KKK gives to charity why doesn’t anyone commend them?

did you really just compare juggalos to the kkk??????? Maybe you are implying we are both hated groups but either way very very bad analogy! I do agree that this is a bullshit question though, but the man gave a great answer. He could have noted they have been doing this since the 90’s too and no mention of the classic toy drive back in 2010 where we got holiday heat for donating?

disagree, dako, the answer was dumb as rocks. an extended icp jock [not ‘juggalos’, just icp], with two lines at the end about how juggalos ‘raise funds and collect monies and whatnot’.
to whoever makes this decision: for the love of god, if youre gonna keep dribbling these articles out, at least get someone who can fuckin WRITE.
it would help if they knew the answers, too, and werent just blathering.

“But how much is the revolutionary new E-Z-Baked-Taker-Maker? It’s so amazing that it HAS to be expensive right?” That’s all I hear. That’s all I’ve heard from every one of these. I’d like to think that the person who asks those stupid fucking leading questions in infomercials is a real human being, who really talks like that and really is that stupid. They’ve spent their whole lives being blown the fuck away by the As Seen on TV aisle until they spent their entire life savings on chop-o-matics, went into a drunken depression, heard about ICP and are now asking Vinnie the ICP kid questions that they find sincere. Either that or Psychopathic is paying for add space and filling it with this shit.
