I called Blaze and talked to him for almost 50 minutes this past Wednesday, September 17th! Why wasn’t this posted the next day? Because there’s time involved in editing the interview so it doesn’t sound like crap. We ALSO took the time to transcribe the entire interview!

I’m glad Blaze is able to release music consistently now. He spoke on the original Gang Rags at last years Rock and Shock in Worcester and you could tell he wanted nothing to do with it. That was good news considering how disappointing it was.

I did like the original Gang Rags, I have the green rag. I liked seeing his perspective on it. I’m also looking forward to hearing what it was originally going to be.

Gang Rags is the shit, and so is the Extended Version (Uncut & Uncensored). Really anitcipating this Gang Rags: Reborn album. And ZMP has been working on their new shit since 2013 after The R.O.C. came back to the game in 2012, and the only thing they’ve released has been those 2 short songs on “4 Tha Fam Vol. 2”. Hopin they release their debut album (full length cd or EP) sometime next year. But hopefully he’ll be able to get out his 2nd album he’s workin on this year, but not really gunna bet on that, but cant wait to get it next year. Good interview.
