4 weeks ago today, we posted an article about a Juggalo named Aaron Spencer who was battling a failing liver. You can see that post here. Shortly after the post, doctors told his family that there wasn’t much more they could do for him, so they pulled him out of the hospital and he went home to be more comfortable. I’m saddened to have to tell you this, but this morning at 3 AM, Aaron succumbed to liver failure. He was only 34.
His close homie Philip, who initially told me about Aaron’s situation, sent me a picture collage video set appropriately to “Nothing’s Left”.

Aaron’s funeral will be held on Tuesday. His family and friends are in mourning right now though, so if you would like to send them your condolences, please feel free to send them to Philip at [email protected]. Our deepest sympathies go out to Aaron’s friends and family. RIP homie.
