A website called MuckRock put out some more info about the FBI “Juggalo” gang assessment, including a 120+ Page PDF file showing the request for information from the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act. This website basically pesters the FBI for over 6 months before they come through with the documentation. Now, that being said, the documentation is HEAVILY edited. Most of it is filled with descriptions of Juggalos, requests from state FBI officials to obtain more information on Juggalos, and DOZENS of newspaper and online articles where self-proclaimed Juggalos are involved in criminal activities. Here’s something that stood out to me:

i just read most of that pdf, and its fuckin hilariously weak research.
at least it would be hilarious, if those idiots werent serious.
there are some vicious crimes and such, yes, but in the main its lots of fully redacted email responses to some fool trying to drum up a case, with a smattering of references to such horrid crimes as underage drinking and grafitti.
juggalo holocaust is cited as a source three times.
there are a few articles and sources that are quick to point out that its just a couple assholes doing a couple nasty crimes, and that the rest of us are no threat. so theres that, anyway.
