Update from the JCP For those of you not familiar with the JCP, it stands for the Juggalo Care Program. For more info check out their website. Anyways each month they realease a newsletter! This month's is really freakin fresh, so check it out below. On top of that, check out some of the pics and the letter they got in return for their help. The JCP is an incredible program and for those of you that are looking for a way to better the entire "juggalo image" this is the way. Just contact them and ask how you can help!
The Official News Letter Of The Juggalo Care Package Program Volume Two - March 19th, 2007 Welcome to Volume Two of "The Run-Down" This is the official newsletter of The Juggalo Care Package Program. In this issue we’re gonna let ya know about all the recent news and happenings here at The JCP. We’ve got news on the production of our newest set of CD that we are producing for the next round of packages, info on some general updates, and info on what you can do to help us out!
Volunteer to help The JCP. We’ve always encouraged people to spread the word about our organization, and our website, but until now it’s been totally by word-of-mouth. We now have gotten ahold of a HUGE amount of fliers, already printed out at no cost. If you’d be willing to take a stack or two (each stack has 200 fliers in it) to a Juggalo concert in your area, including (but not limited to) the Tempest World Tour coming soon, or even later on this year, at the Gathering ’07, let us know, and we will ship you all the supplies you need to go out promoting The JCP. Passing out fliers before a concert is incredibly simple, goes a long way, and is even a good way to meet a lot of cool ninjas, so if you wanna get involved, go to www.TheJCP.net and let us know (use the “Contact Us” page).
The JCP CD’s In most of our rounds of packages, we try to include a custom CD or two, that is only available through The JCP. This round is no exception. Some of the CD ideas that are being kicked around right now are: 1- a second compilation CD of the best of the deep underground stuff (MySpace level quality, stuff that’s being recorded out of your homies basement) 2- a CD compiled of the best songs, of artists who at one point were signed to Psychopathic Records, but are no longer with that label (ABK, AMB, Esham, Zug, etc…) the best songs put out by those artists (before, during, or after their time with Psychopathic) 3-a CD featuring the best of Suburban Noize Records. From any of their artists, past or present. If you have any ideas for titles for these CD’s, or any input on what tracks you think would be cool to see, go to www.TheJCP.net and let us know (use the “Contact Us” page).
Other JCP news We’ve been getting more and more support from the Juggalo community as a whole, and right now we are in the process of having each of the DJ’s on W-Fuck-Off Radio (and perhaps some other Juggalo radio stations at a later point) give us a small time of their show where they stop what they’re doing and give us a top-of-the-line sound bite as they give a shout out to the Juggalo Troops. The DJ’s have been more than willing to help us out time and time again, and once we get a clip from all of them, it’ll make a super fresh addition to our CD’s. Don’t forget to check out Our Store and get your own JCP T-Shirt while they’re still on sale! Keep checking back to www.TheJCP.net to write in letters to the soldiers. That’s all I got for ya today. Thanks again for the support.
Peace Out, and Clown Luv, - Rev. Sid
Copyright 2007, The Juggalo Care Package Program. So like I said, on top of the newsletter, we got some extra freshness for you this time. Check out the links below to see some really nice pics of our juggalo soldiers and to read a letter from one of them.
Click the pic to see more.
Click Here to Read the Letter
That is just incredible. Juggalo Love ya'll!
Thats all for tonight ninjas. Take care, sleep well, bump the Tempest, offer up your help to the JCP, and try not to cringe when you look at this picture!

Thanks to Glenn for the hookup!

On another note, every last one of you should hit up the JCP about getting those flyers to pass out at shows. Like it says in the newsletter, its a free and easy way to really cause some good in the world and to meet some ninjas.

MCL peace. |

| Tempest owns, the production is definatly the way ICP is meant to be, thank god for MEC. BUT, Is just me, or did anywone else notice theres no Twiztid, Blaze, or Boondox on this record? 3 more tracks with each artist would've made this record PERFECT! I don't know, thats the only thing I was disappointed about. At least they had a good excuse for Hell's Pit. Maybe Eye of the Storm will have those tracks, hopefully. |
