Information

Dark Carnival Games, the mysterious organization behind Morton's List: The End to Boredom, is allegedly located near or in Detroit, Michigan, USA. It is believed that the company is run by 3, 9, or 13 managing members, who oversee and have final approval of all writing, artwork, and web content.

Founded on September 11, 2000, Dark Carnival Games has coincided all significant product releases and major decisions with dates of numerological importance. Particularly numbers that hold special meaning within the context of Morton's List (1, 3, 9, 13, 30, 360, and multiples or derivatives thereof). It is no surprise that this earliest date reduces numerologically to 13/4.

Connected through a complex web of affiliates, partnerships, and overseas shareholders, the actual center of power and creativity within Dark Carnival Games is difficult to discern. A specific Quest may be written on a laptop in Buenos Aires, emailed for editing and consistency to operatives working via satellite uplink in the jungles of Borneo, and finally submitted, after Board of Director review, to a Dark Carnival Games clandestine print facilities in the remote Northern Wastes of Michigan. There is no connection between this print facility and the radical separatist group known as the Michigan Militia.

Numerous extragovernmental agencies and operatives have attempted to interfere with Dark Carnival Games product releases, but these are nowhere near as insidious as its true enemies are. Larger, unnamed game companies have tried to keep Morton's List out of the hands of enthusiastic gamers the world over, using the tools of monopoly, profiteering, and player-hatred.

Dark Carnival Games draws from a wealth of writing and adventure talent for it's products, including; high-ranking members of the O.T.O., Imprisoned activists from the radical environmentalist group Earth First! Delta and Special Forces operatives on leave in the Florida Keys, and Detroit-area students of ninjitsu.

All of these strands make the complex web of Dark Carnival Games, L.L.C.

Games

The controversial, revolutionary new game that takes you and your friends out into the real world for fun and adventure. Written over the last seven years by Jumpsteady, N-Cubed, and Tall Jess (the founders of Dark Carnival Games), Morton's List is the Game of Real Life Adventure. It contains EVERY fun thing there is to do on the planet. No matter what you could think to do for fun, it's already in there. Yes, that, too. Play the game, live your life, play your life, and live the game....

If you're a Juggalo or Juggalette, you need this game. You can't imagine the ways in which it can change your life until you see it for yourself. Owning your very own Morton's List will open your life up to limitless possibilities that you could never normally experience in "regular" life.

Nothing you've encountered at school, home, or work can truly prepare you for the feeling and excitement of letting Morton's List decide your fate for an hour. What have you got to lose? This one game will give you literally years worth of new and fun experiences, whatever you're into.

This game, this lifestyle, was presented to Juggalos first, not only because of who wrote it, but because Juggalos may be one of the only groups of people on the planet ready for the true message of Morton's List. This phenomenon went public, summer 2001. Be one of the firsts to own Morton's List. Be down since the beginning.
