Swollen Members' Madchild Tops Canadian iTunes Hip-hop Charts & Cracks Top 200 With New Digital EP ‘Little Monsters’

The EP, which is now available online at http://bit.ly/LittleMonsterEP-iTunes, debut at #52 on the overall Canadian Top 200 sales charts.
"It was a great week for the 'independent guy', as my new digital 'Little Monsters' EP held the spot #1 on the iTunes hip-hop charts in Canada for six straight days, and cracked the Top albums chart," said Madchild. "It’s awesome to know that with our grassroots campaign and the undying support of our fans that we can still reach the top of the iTunes charts and land on the album sales charts with a digital EP. This is a testament to what can happen from non-stop touring, social networking and just connecting with the fans on a person level. Thanks to everyone at Regime Management, Suburban Noize, and all the Battle Axe Warriors for helping push this to the top. Bigger things are coming in 2012 with the release of my first solo album 'Dope Sick' so stay tuned."
Madchild will release his heavily anticipated debut solo album, "Dope Sick", later this year on Suburban Noize/Battle Axe Records. Madchild recently dropped his video for his new single “Sh*t Talker” online at
