What up y'all? This is your boy Scottie D here on a Thursday night with a grip of news for that ass! I actually posted last night as well, but AJay had one put together too so I gracefully took mine down. lol. I do have some differences in mine that you'll be seeing me repost if you saw mine up briefly last night. I'm owning up to it, so don't give me any shit! Anyway, let's get started with some:
Krimson Creek Hype!: At InsaneClownPosse.com, they reposted something from Boondox's website that was put up today hypin' the upcoming release: "Krimson Creek"! Take a look:
If you happen to be walking outside this evening, pay attention to what you hear. Or, more importantly, to what you don't hear. That eerie silence, like even the bugs and the birds are scared of something. That hint of a trickle far away, like running water off in the distance. It's running toward you Juggalos, and soon you'll be swimming in it...
This is just a sample of what's in store for you, when you stumble into the Krimson Creek. The second devastating full-length album from Boondox is almost here, and it's not at all what you expect. It's much darker...
Damn, I do have to say that I'm anxious to hear what Boondox is gonna bring with the new album. I'm down for darker...and we only have to wait a few days to hear it!
WFuckOff Radio Tonight!: Just in case you've got 4 hours to blow tonight, there's a lot going on at WFucKOffRadio.com! There are shows from one half of the Insane Clown Posse: Violent J, and more from Razor Ray afterwards! Here's what the breakdown looks like:
It's a big night tonight on Wfuckoffradio! First up, Violent J has a special show for your ass: The Detroit Rap History Extra Special Special! You can't say it 2 times fast, but it's gonna invade your earholes with the quickness. He's gonna be breakin down the story of underground rap in the D, featuring many of the rappers who influenced ICP, and he's gonna be doin it with some surprise guests, who you can probably guess are from Detroit's Rap History! That goes down tonight on The Witching Hours at 9PM eastern!
At 11pm Eastern your homie Razor Ray takes over, and he's getting ready for a different kind of special event, the LSGH Special Olympics! Tonight he'll be hosting the pre-trials live on the air with his "special" callers. Any smokers out there who want to participate, grab yer stash, yer bongs, and somethin to light em with, cuz this competition will be fierce. Tonight he'll be timing "bubble" and "hang-time" over the phone, to see which of y'all smokers got the real skills! Flex those lungs and tune in tonight!
The shows are starting right now, so make sure and tune in to WFuckOffRadio.com right now!
ABK's Website Updated!: ABK's website, TheHatchetWarrior.com has undergone a MAJOR transformation over the past day or so! They've got a bunch of new sections, a fresh Flash site, and it looks extremely promising! Here's a screen shot and a link:
Thanks to Blinky for being the first to send that in! Also a note of interest...in the Tour section, it states "In the studio. Tour dates TBA!". Does this mean that we'll FINALLY get MUD FACE? That's the shit! More to come on this soon!

Dirtball Posts "Mushroom Cloud" Video Online ***
Crook County Chronicles Volume 6 Online Featuring Tech N9ne The Dirtball has posted his new video for the track "Mushroom Cloud"from his new album "Crook County" online at online at www.MySpace.com/TheDirtball.
"The Mushroom Cloud video was by far the most fun to film for me of any of the videos I have done thus far in my career," says Dirtball. "It dates back to numerous trips in my life and the environments in which I tripped. The crew was talented as hell and the direction was on point. Who would have thought you could re-enact a psychadelic mushroom experience like that. We did, and this timeless video will hopefully serve as one of the best replications of it around. Even some of my fellow Northwest mushroom-heads agree that the video puts you there in the moment of the madness."
Dirtball's upcoming new album, "Crook County",hits stores May 13th, 2008 through Suburban Noize Records. The album is a colorful blend of rapid fire hip-hop and rock infused beats that could easily find a home with hip-hop fans of Tech N9ne or the rap-rock fusion of Linkin Park. Dirtball has also launched the sixth installment of his "Crook County Chronicles" video series featuring Tech N9ne online at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pz55Qk8x-6I. REHAB is Signed to Universal Republic Records!: You read that right! Our personal homies from REHAB have finally gotten exactly what they deserve: A Recording Contract with a Major Label! Much MUCH love to them, and for Universal for giving them a much deserved chance. Here's the official press release:
UNIVERSAL REPUBLIC SIGNS ATLANTA MASH-UP GROUP, REHAB
Jukebox Hit "Sittin' At A Bar" From Upcoming Universal Republic Release Graffiti The World To Take Front Seat At Radio Unique Situation Emerges Where Band Covers Their Own Song And Creates Non-Traditional Hit
(New York, NY) Whoever thought 'sittin' at a bar' could cause so much commotion?
Universal Republic Records has signed the Atlanta mash-up group Rehab, featuring co-founder and frontman Danny Boone, the mastermind behind the non-traditional hit, "Sittin' At A Bar." Universal Republic is releasing the artist endorsed version of the song to radio nationwide this week.
Originally signed to Epic Records in 1999, the group was later dropped. Boone revamped the group in 2005 with a new and improved lineup. Never happy with the fate and the sound of the original version of "Sittin' At A Bar" from their debut release, in 2006 Rehab re-recorded the song. The retooled version has emerged to become the #1 Jukebox record in the country.
Says Danny: "We always thought "Sittin' At A Bar" was a hit song. But our old label didn't agree and was not interested in pushing it. So we decided to re-record it with better sounds and give it to Universal Republic because they believed in us. It's truly a unique situation when a band has to cover their own song to make it work."
Universal Republic Records will be releasing the band's 2005 independent release, Graffiti The World later this spring with 3 additional never-before-heard tracks.
On another note, if you have Sirius Satellite Radio, you can catch the new version of "Sittin' At A Bar" on the Sirius Hits 1 (Channel 1) station! My fiance Mandie actually heard it on there about a week ago, and we were the ones to break the news to REHAB that they were getting spun on there. Pretty fresh, right? Be listening for it on regular Top 40 stations if you happen to listen to them. And if you want some new REHAB Schwag, you can see and buy it at RehabMusic.com!

One of the Pimpest Minis EVER in NY!: A ninja who calls himself TFS emailes us about this mini gathering that's goin' down in Poughkeepsie, NY that sounds like the fuckin BOMB. It's happening a week before the actual Gathering, so this may be the perfect time to spend with 'los and 'lettes if you east-coasters can't make it to the official one in Cave-In-Rock! So the mini will be in a Cabin atmosphere, with 1 large cabin that will feature sleeping for about 50! This is what The Fallen Son emailed us to post:

Info on Actor from "Good Enough": The main character in Prozak's video for "Good Enough" (see the top of the Prozak layout if you haven't seen it yet!) has been in quite a few movies and TV shows throughout his long career. His name is Irwin Keyes, and you probably remember him most recently from "House of 1000 Corpses". He was also in "The Flinstones". But anyway, if you want to see what all he's been in, the link is Right Here! Thanks to Chris for the head's up on this!
That's gonna wrap it up for me tonight. I may be back tomorrow at some point for another news post. We'll see what comes in from now and then. Until next time, get your ass some free food:
